What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced contract recruiter to help us source and engage top-tier EHS and technical talent. You’ll be working closely with our team to fill high-impact roles for our clients in industries like ethanol production, chemicals, renewable energy, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and cold outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates for EHS and other skilled technical roles
- Write compelling candidate summaries for client submissions
- Manage your pipeline using our Notion-based CRM
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate/client communication
- Collaborate with our lead recruiter and clients to refine search strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn, niche boards)
- Comfortable working remote, independently, and on deadlines
- Knowledge of EHS or industrial sectors is a plus, but not required
- Clear communicator with solid judgment and follow-through
- Availability to commit at least 10–15 hours/week
