About the Role:
A leading manufacturing company in Bloomington, IN is seeking an experienced EHS Director to lead all aspects of environmental, health, and safety across its facility. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, driving culture change, and aligning EHS programs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, IDEM)
- Manage all reporting, permitting, audits, and inspections
- Provide leadership and coaching to site leadership and frontline teams on EHS best practices
- Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Champion a proactive safety culture and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and corporate leadership on EHS matters
- Manage a team of EHS professionals and contractors
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 3+ years in a leadership or site-wide EHS management role
- Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations
- Proven track record of implementing safety programs and improving performance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications strongly preferred
- Experience with ISO 14001/45001 and behavior-based safety programs

About the Role:
An ethanol production facility near Le Mars is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by performing mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 industrial setting with a strong focus on reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, and rotating equipment
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and assist in plant turnarounds
- Work from blueprints, manuals, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other technicians, operations, and engineering staff
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Follow all plant safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and respond to call-outs as needed
Preferred but Not Required:
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience in ethanol, chemical, or food production environments
- Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance or a related trade

About the Role:
An established ethanol production facility near Le Mars is seeking a Maintenance Instrumentation & Electrical (I/E) Technician to support plant reliability, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role working on industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical systems (including 120/240/480V)
- Calibrate and repair instruments, analyzers, and process control equipment
- Interpret schematics, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams to perform work safely and accurately
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and support root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and plant safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial I/E maintenance experience (ethanol, chemical, or manufacturing preferred)
- Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and hot/cold environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred but Not Required:
- Journeyman electrician license in Iowa or ability to obtain
- Experience with Allen-Bradley systems and DeltaV or similar DCS platforms
- Technical diploma or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field

About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced EHS Manager to lead all environmental, health, and safety efforts at a high-performing ethanol production facility in Nebraska. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands industrial safety and wants to make a real impact in operations, compliance, and culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage site-wide EHS programs, policies, and compliance efforts
- Lead audits, inspections, and training to ensure OSHA, EPA, and state/local compliance
- Oversee reporting (air, water, waste), permitting, and regulatory communications
- Develop and maintain PSM/RMP programs
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams on hazard identification and risk reduction
- Serve as the point of contact for safety investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead employee safety engagement, including toolbox talks, trainings, and culture-building efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, ideally in ethanol, chemicals, or heavy industry
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
- Experience with PSM and RMP required
- Proven ability to lead programs and influence culture
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- CSP or CHMM a plus
- Prior experience in ethanol or biofuels preferred
